I love to give feedback, said nobody, ever.
Well – that’s not entirely true, but still…the vast majority of people struggle with it or do it ineffectively.
And the main reason for that is because they’re worried how people will react to the feedback. They’re uncomfortable dealing with the after effects of the feedback.
